Zucchini spears dredged in ‘R’ special blend of flour and savory spices, dipped in an egg wash and coated
with Japanese panko bread crumbs. Served with our house garlic dipping sauce.
Goat cheese, green onions, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cucumber and tomatoes. Tossed in a
mix of spring, spinach and Boston lettuces with “R’ balsamic vinaigrette.
8oz cut of AAA Alberta prime rib of beef, served with roasted potatoes and a
broccoli/cauliflower medley au gratin.
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
‘R’ creamy Alfredo sauce blended with fettuccine, Parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes and fresh garlic.
Sesame Seed Ginger Cod
Pan fried cod filet sautéed in garlic, ginger and soya on a bed of Basmati rice and topped with
onions and sesame seeds. Served with a broccoli/cauliflower medley au gratin.
Raspberry Greek Yogurt Cheesecake
A combination of Greek yogurt cheesecake and raspberry cake topped with raspberry puree.
Chocolate Cream Pie
‘R’ house-made chocolate cream pie with whipping cream and shaved dark chocolate. Simple and delicious!
